Aquawash' range of Tractor Driven PTO High Pressure Washers were specially designed and manufactured by a Farmers son who served his time as an Agricultural Engineer, has 25 years experience repairing, servicing and selling power washers and has built up a comprehensive knowledge of PTO power washers and developed a range from low cost to heavy duty for the FARMING INDUSTRY.

The same as option 7 but the difference is that option 8 has 30 litre per minute pump. 9 litres per minute extra for faster cleaning times and better drain cleaning. It will pull the drain jet up faster and longer up the drain (Farm yard drains only, not field drains). Machine also comes with Turbo Nozzle as standard giving you the equivalent of 4500 psi at 30 litres per minute. Also could run 2 guns simultaneously if bypass valve was changed and extra gun, hose and T-Piece was fitted.

PUMP MANUFACTURER
We use Interpump, CAT, Hawk, Annovi Reverberi and Pratissoli Pumps depending on customers specifications. We select the best available model depending on the customers type of cleaning requirements i.e. cleaning speed & times, water volume, various pressures, pump crankshaft speeds and gearbox driven options etc.
WORKING PRESSURES
We can supply working pressures of 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000 & 5800 psi.
WATER VOLUMES
We can supply water volumes from 15, 21, 23, 25, 30, 41, 50, 80 & 100 litres per minute.
BYPASS VALVES
We can supply machines with Zero-Pressure or Trapped-Pressure Bypass valves.
 GEARBOXES
We can supply gearbox drive machines for 540 PTO box speed tractors only.
PUMP PROTECTION
Either burst disc or safety valve system.
INLET & BYPASS HOSES
Long life, yellow water inlet and braided bypass return hose.
INLET TWIN WATER FILTER SYSTEM
Filter 1: Element damage-proof 80 micron filter
Filter 2: Pump brass y-strainer filter
HIGH PRESSURE HOSE
Both gun hoses must be heavy duty and we can supply any lengths up to 250ft. Common lengths are 120ft, 150 and 250ft
PISTOLS & LANCES
Selected heavy duty pistols and 1 metre, one-piece, stainless steel lances for long life and health & safety reasons. Longer lances can be supplied for high level cleaning including telescopic lances. For extra power we can supply turbo nozzles which can boost your working pressure by a further 1500 psi.
HEAVY DUTY FRAMES
Frames have to be made according to the customers specifications i.e with or without water tank, what size and direction of high pressure hose reels, single or twin pump, choice of various powder coated colours or galvanised, anti drop lance storage facilities, choice of category 1 or 2, 3-Point linkage pins.
